US SHIPPING

All in stock orders ship the same day or next day from the time the order has been placed. A tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.

All USA orders ship via FEDEX, UPS or USPS via Ground Service with delivery 3-7 business days from the time the order was placed. We currently do not offer International shipping via our website, but please contact us if you are interested in North Brands beverages and you live outside of the USA.

REFUND & DAMAGES POLICY

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. E-mail us at hello@drinkthenorth.com with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.

What do I do if I want a refund?

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective or damaged. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.
