Great sleep aid

I have had issues sleeping ever since I got out of the military back in 2010. For years, I've had to use either zzzquil or melatonin gummies to get any type of sleep. I tried the blueberry dream when it first came out and instantly fell in love. I have used other North products (drinks and gummies) and figured a product for sleep would do wonders. It truly does. I take one about an hour or 2 before I actually fall asleep. It gets me feeling pretty good before I conk out for the night. Definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a little assistance getting to sleep.
